Originally from Slovakia, Ivana brings a fresh, heartfelt perspective to practicing mindfulness—anytime, anywhere (yes, even when life feels like a chaotic juggling act). As a mum, she knows all about navigating busy days and still finding moments of compassion, presence, and joy. Combining her professional expertise with real-life experiences, she’s on a mission to prove that mindfulness isn’t just possible—it’s essential, even in the middle of life’s beautiful messiness.

Trust me, I am a mum!
...In the past I used to mediate a lot - I sat on the cushion for 30 mins every morning. However, after Lucia was born, everything has changed! I had no time to do it anymore.
Luckily, I found ways to stay mindful during the day ॐ. In the end, mindfulness goes far beyond meditation. Perhaps every guru and spiritual leader would tell you to bring your practice into daily life - to get off the cushion and learn how to stay mindful when daily turmoil slaps you in the face.

I am a holistic therapist and nutritionist. I am 39, one husband, one kid (Lucia, she is our light), one life and one vision. In addition, I am a daughter, friend, citizen of a small country in Europe called Slovakia and an Aussie. Now, here comes the question. who am I? 😜
