This unique course is all about nurturing mums' well-being, helping them feel more connected to themselves and others. It combines holistic knowledge and practices to boost mental and physical health, making mums more resilient, fulfilled, happier, and grounded, so they can give more to those around them.
Zen Mum is designed specifically for mums to help implement positive changes in their lives rather than just overwhelming them with information. By focusing on practical application, it empowers them to adopt and integrate effective techniques into their daily routine.
Zen Mum helps you practice mindfulness every day, without the need for traditional meditation. Mindfulness the Zen Mum way can be done anytime, anywhere, making it easy to weave peace and presence into your daily life.
Zen Mum also focuses on improving relationships, especially with kids, by helping mums understand and communicate better with their bubs (at any age), creating a calmer, more Zen-like home.
Each module in the Zen Mum program contains 4 to 5 lessons, with most lessons designed to be a maximum of 3 minutes long. The lessons are intentionally brief, making it easy to fit mindfulness into your busy day.

Not at all. Everyone, regardless of their personal beliefs or experience with mindfulness, can do Zen Mum practices.
Currently there are 33 lessons featuring 42 short videos and audios, including all the practices and introductory sessions. I am going to add more soon!
You surely can! It can be accessed and viewed on both - your computer and laptop.
Most of them have durations between 1 and 5 mins.
You can book them anytime—just reach out! I’ll also send reminders throughout the course. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, clear up any confusion, highlight your strengths, and chat about anything else that comes to mind.

When you care for yourself, you replenish your energy, boost your mood, and improve your overall well-being, enabling you to be more present and attentive to your children and loved ones.
