It’s not about long meditations or complicated routines—it’s about learning easy ways to practice mindfulness that actually fit into your busy life. Whether it’s finding a moment of peace while drinking your coffee or staying present while playing with your kids, Zen Mum makes it easy to bring calm into your day.
This program focuses on giving you tools you can use anytime, anywhere, to feel more grounded and balanced—even on those crazy, chaotic days. It’s all about making mindfulness doable and stress-free.
Zen Mum also helps with relationships, especially with your kids. You’ll learn how to better understand them, communicate more easily, and create a more relaxed, positive vibe at home. Whether your kids are toddlers or teens, the tips are easy to apply and super helpful.
With Zen Mum, you’ll feel less stressed, more resilient, and way more fulfilled—ready to give your best to your family while also taking care of yourself.
Every week, over a total of 9 weeks, you will receive 3 - 4 lessons, with most lessons designed to be a maximum of 3 minutes long. The lessons are intentionally brief, making it easy to fit mindfulness into your busy day.

Not at all. Everyone, regardless of their personal beliefs or experience with mindfulness, can do Zen Mum practices.
Currently there are 34 lessons featuring 42 short videos and audios, including all the practices and introductory sessions.
You surely can! It can be accessed and viewed on both - your computer and laptop.
Most of them have durations between 1 and 5 mins.
You can book them anytime—just reach out! I’ll also send reminders throughout the course. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, clear up any confusion, highlight your strengths, and chat about anything else that comes to mind.
Taking time for self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential. When you care for yourself, you replenish your energy, boost your mood, and improve your overall well-being, enabling you to be more present and attentive to your children and loved ones. Remember, you deserve to care for yourself just as much as you care for your family.
