Originally from Slovakia, I’ve been lucky enough to call sunny Perth my home for the past 10 years.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel empowered, grounded, and truly fulfilled in ways that are natural, sustainable, and effortless.
Over the years, I’ve devoted myself to studying mental health, holistic nutrition, and mindfulness, all while learning from my own journey as well.
What I’ve discovered through both personal and professional experiences is that true wellbeing isn’t about endlessly striving or fixing what’s “broken.”
It’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, finding that sense of balance, and living in a way that feels aligned with what genuinely nourishes your soul.
